Yes, the front four is not outstanding, and the secondary does not make plays, but our linebacker corps is very bad. Feist, Riley, Phillips, Granier, Welter, T Jones, D Jones, etc. are bad. Alexander, Barrow, and Louis (when he knows what he is doing) are decent. It is time to get Beckwith on the field and recruit linebackers.

It is nit just LB. We suck at every level of the defense.

You got this wrong, bro. We have great LB talent but they're young. Minter was a non-factor his first year and a half. Guys with demonstrated talent are:
Kwon - already a great LB
Barrow - a solid starter
Louis - developing at a reasonable pace
Debo - has looked great athletically. Needs weight gain
Beckwith - looks like a future All-Everything
Riley - confident and athletic. We'll see some next year at LB
We have the talent, we just got it a year too late. Same at Dline. Miles is recruiting a lot of positions on a last minute basis.

Agree. This idea of 205-215lb linebackers trying to tackle a 225 pound backs is ridiculous. They couldn't tackle the 180 back yesterday.

No, you are wrong. As far as Riley goes, you need to understand that he lifted and supplemented at Curtis and is probably is big as he will ever be. I guess I will say the same about D Jones. I do not see them developing. As far as Phillips and Feist go, why are they never on the field? I think you know the answer already.
