cook with chicken broth instead of water. Make sure you season well.

I like eating in with black beans and fajita chicken

Do it your self with broth or if you want the real deal a few(two max) tendrils of saffron in the pot.

Mahatma's is my favorite. Always keep a few in the cupboard.
