Sorry the other option is Jordy Nelson.
I feel Bush, Lacy, and Bryant are the obvious starts.
Then the other slots between Martin, Jackson, Douglas, and Nelson are tough.

I'd say Nelson is a must start because he has no one else to throw to right now

Rodgers only has Nelson and Finley to throw to this week.
Ryan has only Gonzalez and Douglas to throw to this week and no running game.
Martin has been getting plenty of touches, but can't find the endzone.
Glennon has targeted Jackson 25 times over the last two games.

I have a feeling Lacy is going to be a top 5 back for the rest of this year.
ETA: To answer the question.
RB - Lacy
RB - Martin
WR - Dez
WR - Jordy
Flex - Reggie

I'd sit Vjax or Martin.
Reggie, Lacy, Dez, Jordy 100%.

Problem with that thinking is the Joe Haden is basically a shut down corner and will focus on Nelson this week.
Same thinking goes with Harry Douglas since he's likely the best WR for the Falcons and should draw Revis (but the Bucs apparently have been using Revis in zone )
I'd probably go with Martin, Lacy, Bush, VJ, and Dez

Some fantasy leaguers asked me this week if benching Jordy Nelson is a good idea against Joe Haden. The answer? No. Haden deserves kudos for his to-date performance, but Nelson is a top-five fantasy wideout whose target potential is only enhanced by Cobb and Jones' absences. I also firmly believe Nelson is good enough to beat Haden if Browns DC Ray Horton lets them match up one on one. Treat Nelson as a locked-and-loaded WR1. ...
I'm not saying they are right, but I'm not sitting Jordy.
To date, he's the #2 WR OA in STD and #4 WR OA in PPR in points per game.

BENCH MARTIN AND DOUGLAS. Martin has done nothing this year. Douglas has an opportunity since roddy and Julio won't play, but I think the other listed WRs have a better chance to outscore him this week.
