Job interview questions

I've got an interview this afternoon for an accounting manager position with a private company. It's been about 7 years since my last interview and this would be my first job outside of public accounting. Any suggestions on questions I should be prepared for? I figured I would get much better responses here than the OT. TIA.

I have been interviewing a bit so I have heard some of these.
What is your weakness?
Name a time where you had to show leadership abilities.
Name a time where you had to overcome adversity and how did you do it?
Those have been in almost all mine but I am in the financial sales sector

This should help
Focus on behavioral questions as those seem to be the most difficult for people. It's easy to discuss your work history and what you have accomplished. It's not so easy to answer the behavioral questions in a way that displays the personality traits, work ethic, and problem solving skills that they are looking for in that specific position.
Good luck

Know about the company. Ask questions. Be interested and LISTEN to the responses and be prepared to discuss your value to helping the company meet challenges. Convey the impression that working for THIS company is something that is in your personal bucket list.
