Fantasy Trade Help

I'm in an 8 team league and am currently tied for first. My lineup as of now is as follows
QB - P. Manning
HB - A.P. and E Lacy
WR - A.J. Green, Andre Johnson, and Reggie Wayne
TE - Jimmy Graham
D/ST - Bengals
I have a current trade proposed to me to trade Peyton and get Justin Blackmon, Phillip Rivers, and Wes Welker.
Any suggestions or opinions on this trade?

You need RB help, not receiver help. You should be able to get a better RB2 in an 8 team league

I would do the trade only if I was positive I could land forte, shady, or charles. Maybe Green and Lacy could land you one of these 3. I wouldn't mind starting Welker and Blackmon every week.
