Posted here because there is more traffic than the Money Board.

I'm looking for a mortgage amortization schedule where I can enter monthly payments into the schedule and it will give me a real-time accounting of what is left on the note.

Anyone know of a website or program?

If you already have the mortgage I think it is in your paperwork.

I know this doesn't help with a website, but trying to be helpful.

you can set it up as a loan to monitor on quick books and stuff like that if not on your bank website.

Appreciate it.

Private citizen holds the note and I'm more technologically advanced than she is.

I think I found a schedule in Excel, but not one that applies payments.

I think I've found that one. I guess I'll just manually have to apply the payments.

Thanks for the help.

What do you mean, "apply the payments"?

Ideally, have the amortization schedule set up and then either: (a) automatically have it apply my payments or (b) me manually apply the payments to give me a real-time picture of what is left on the note.

Also do it in Mint

I think I'll just print the schedule out and cross through the payments as I make them.

I have an excel schedule I can email you in the morning. My mortgage lender gave it to me, FWIW.
