How to make my team better?

QB: Cam, RG3
RB: Spiller, Ridley, Ellington, L Miller
WR: Green, Fitz, Decker, Garcon, K Allen
TE: Thomas, Cameron
So I think it clear I'm strong at TE and not too bad at WR. My RB needs some help and QB should be ok with Cam.
I'm looking to package a combo of RG3 (Cutler is a FA), Cameron, and/or 1-2 WRs for a legit RB2 or a second WR1 type.
In yalls opinion who should I be targeting so I'm not laughed at and not way overpaying.
I'll hang up and listen.
Edit: And of course standard/non ppr 10 team league.

Try trading Garcon or Decker with RG3.

Get rid of rg3, pick WR or RB. Get better @ one or the other.

Rg3 & Allen. U can sell high. Everyone thinks Allen is a top 5 wr.

Who could I get with RG3 / Allen combo? I feel like I'll get that wouldn't get me a starter.

Target someone with depth at RB (if that exists) or the guy that lost Cobb. Package Ridley (sell high after the big week?) or CJ / Fitz for a true RB1. Garbage in, garbage out. That's what your team is missing so go all in and get the guy you need.
No-one wants RGiii unless your in a 14-16 team league. You might package him with the above trade to upgrade slightly at QB to even out the trade if someone has a deep bench. QB is deep this year and there have been very few injuries. Play Cam and hope RGiii comes around this year if Cam gets hurt.

Fitz has the best name value but a not great schedule and Palmer hasn't been as consistent as hoped for. I'm moving Fitzgerald right now because I don't like his upcoming schedule or his QB play.
