Give Desean & Ray Rice, get Brees & CJ2K in PPR--no brainer?

12 teams PPR starting 2 RBs+2WR+flex, my roster:
Rivers
Kaepernick
McCoy
Ray Rice
Ellington
Desean
Gordon
Blackmon
Fitzgerald
Keenan Allen
Amendola
Harvin
Boils down to whether Rivers can keep it up (only 20 pts behind Brees), as both Rice and CJ2K are sucking. Other owner is in a bind, I'll be fine either way. WR depth makes this a no brainer, as I could flip one for another RB later...what say you?

You are pretty deep at wr. Giving up desean doesn't hurt you that much. Brees is a lot more reliable going forward.

CJ2K is awful in PPR.
Meanwhile DeSean is a top 10-15 WR & RR should be good in PPR the rest of the year.

Without Rice, you'd be very weak at RB. And the upgrade from Rivers/Kaep to Brees isn't that significant. I would not make that trade.

If I had faith that Rice will come around, I likely wouldn't consider it. He and CJ2K are even so far, and I think Rivers falls off compared to Brees....decisions, decisions.

DeSean is the #2 WR in ppr ppg right now.
I know Rice is way down the list, but he's still a RB with great upside.
If I was packaging DeSean and Rice, I wouldn't be looking for a QB. You could use RB help.

Those two packaged together should yield a top RB that would put you over the top. That's what I would be asking....Cobb owner?

Appreciate all the input. Was always leaning towards declining, but the homer in me was intrigued by the chance to have Brees.
