1) sell beer in TS
2) make it easier to get on campus
3) stop charging an arm and leg for on campus parking. Whille there are plenty of people who can afford it, the theatrics of blockading main thoroughfares makes it impossible to get close and park. Not to mention half the free parking is covered by a construction zone (see 2). Many, many people didn't come Saturday because they simply couldn't get to campus.
4) get rid of the bullshite corporate logos everywhere, and use the Screen you spent the ticket holders money on.
5) use electronic tickets to make it easier for fans to sell last minute
6) do something about scalpers that hoard tickets and then try and dump them for crazy prices
7) get night games. Who cares about TV deals, make it happen
8) do something better during commercial breaks
9) stop trying to control a student section... That will never work until you stop letting students go to games
10) blackout the game...

1.) Have Les Miles call our entire fanbase a bunch of pussies and have the team back that up.

So we need more cars crowding onto the campus on game day ?

frick that. There are shuttles...use them. Like I said in another thread, I actually like the fact that they make you pay now to park on campus. Keeps a lot of trash/riffraff out and opened up a ton of good tailgating space.

Gonna get much worse - wait till the south end expansion is completed.

Making it easier to get away from campus post-game would have a greater effect than more free parking, IMO. Took me almost 2.5 hours to get from sorority row to Bluebonnet after the game. Absolutely unreal. Public roads just blocked for no reason, with no police presence directing traffic on the other routes.

11- better mass transit options to Tiger Stadium; bring back the train from NOLA; shuttle bus service from downtown BR, Farr Park, and Mall of Louisiana

12-have a GOOD plan for getting people away from the stadium after the game....that is well publicised in a way that people understand...

13-at least two, preferably three or four multi-level parking garages that are designed for tailgating...15 foot vehicle clearance, RV friendly with full hookups, well ventilated to allow for grilling...think of what South Stadium lot would look like with a 6 floor garage built to that sort of specification...and another over at Old Alex Box.....

Literally nothing they can do about that besides tear a bunch of buildings down to make new roads. Everything is pretty much at max contraflow.

I actually do agree with this...I drive 4 hours each way to the games and it just pisses me off to have to sit in traffic for hours before that drive home...

No police presence at Lakeshore and Dalrymple caused a 1.5 hour delay on Lakeshore, while they had the opposite end blockaded for no reason, and with no heads up (at least no signage and nothing that I'd seen in print). Also had no presence at Perkins and Acadian, which caused traffic to be basically dead stopped from that intersection past the overpass.

This is a major problem and can't put the entire blame on LSU. Traffic control after leaving campus is complete crap and has been for years.

The entire blame isn't on LSU, but the lack of police presence at crucial intersections where they used to have one was a big hindrance.

It has sucked for years, but for no big games over the last decade have I experienced delays like this past Saturday when taking the same route that I do 90% of the time.
