Does anyone see him realistically coming back in week 8 vs the rams? Richard Sherman said don't be suprised, and Carroll said he's encouraged by the progress.

When he does come back, will you guys insert him right into the lineup the first week he is eligible and hope he produces wr1/2 numbers?

I can see him being a focal point of that offense behind Lynch, like how he was with the Vikings.

Percy Harvin's Fantasy Outlook
I picked him up last week, and I'm glad he did. If he doesn't pan out, he'll be the same as any other player on my bench. If he does pan out, he could be a huge difference maker down the stretch of the fantasy regular season/playoffs.

You're talking about a guy who has never had more than 1000 yards or 6 TDs in a single season who is headed to an offense led by Beast Mode and a QB who gets the hives any time he tries to throw the ball more than 15 yards downfield.

He stays on your bench until he proves otherwise.

He was a top 10 WR before his injury last year.

I've carried him and Vereen all year...not cutting them now. Finally got my second win of the season this week despite being the highest scorer in the league. I will probably wait and see how they use him for a week or so unless Bye weeks force him in.

Yeah, it's a shame they base MVP voting off of more than just a half of a season

It's not knocking his talent or ability, but he is just not dependable when he isn't coming off an injury, on a team with one of the best backs in the league, in an offense that is a run oriented and has a QB slinging it 28 times a game.

This isn't the return of Magetron to Detroit or Graham to the Saints. Until he proves he deserves a start, he needs to ride the pine until he proves otherwise.

Can't be worse than Bowe has been. I'll sit him the first week back, but if he shows any sign of life, Bowe will finally get the bench.

whoaaa now. Don't go changing your argument now that shite blew up in your face.

You said he never did anything in the past and now he won't because he is on a run-happy team with a QB who doesn't throw.

That's who Minny was while Harvin was there. I'll sit here patiently while you report back with his stats from the past several years and let me know how that worked out. Thanks.

I'm not changing my argument. It remains the same. He is a very talented kid who has never produced more than 1000 yards or more than 6 TDs and people are treating him like he's Larry Fitzgerald from 2009.

NFL.com's Ian Rapoport reports there's a "chance" Percy Harvin (hip) returns for Seattle's Week 8 game against the Rams.

Rapoport reported earlier Thursday that Harvin is expected to return to practice next week. We're skeptical Harvin will be declared ready to roll after just one week of official practice, but the Seahawks aren't exactly afraid of taking chances. Either way, it's clear Harvin is going to return much sooner than originally expected. He needs to be 100 percent owned.
