the b1g has some horrible fan bases, tOSU and Penn st are the top turds in the conference.
Rack the cops, people are fricking stupid today, they won't listen, and since cops cannot use the sticks, might as well use the spray.
People think it's ok to not listen to the cops, then cry, when they get maced.

When I was in HS some dumbass girl sprayed pepper spray all in my chemistry class. Had everybody coughing and teary eyed. Good thing was that we were excused to go home and she got suspended or expelled

Short of murdering someone or something serious like that, there's absolutely no reason to mace this dude. I once sprayed some into a sink just to see how bad it was and that alone had me gagging and tearing up. I can't imagine what a shot to the face must be like, especially when you're cuffed and can't rub them or try to deal with it.
