Saints played well enough to beat a depleted NE team in Gillette. Some pretty questionable calls by a 2nd rate officiating crew (or it seemed 2nd rate anyway). We seemed to run the ball decently in the 2nd half. I was happy with the defense for the most part. Jenkins and Bush looked better.

Jimmy Graham sucked, point blank (Watson had a good day). Drew was off most of the day. Some young players stepped up on offense (WRs and RBs). In the end, the Saints did not get a couple first downs when they needed them.

All things considered, we played well enough to win but bad enough to lose too. We simply cannot give away a whole half on offense and I feel like that is what we did.

We need home field advantage in the playoffs.

Why does Graham suck and Brees have an off day?? It should be either they both sucked or had an off day together. Payton sucked on the last two series by playin conservative. Right is right.

off day >> the suck

Today: Graham = the suck, Brees = off day.

that's why. they are 2 different players with 2 different levels of performance.

That's BS! Just favoritism. Brees sucked as well with a lot of those passes. Graham was hobbled out there, but of course you forgot about that!

you have got to be trolling me. IMHO Graham's play was not as good as Brees' play today.

He was shut out of catches the whole day by single coverage (Talib). He had anther TD catch stripped away by Talib's replacement. With his size and strength that should not happen. His injury happened near end of 3rd qtr. He did play through that for a while which I admire. I hope he is not injured seriously.

I'm still happy as all hell with this team. Considering how weak our division is, I'm still thinking 12-4.

Who the frick you calling "You people"?

Who the frick is Brres?

I singled out people for accolades and shame.

Brees and Graham were in the shame department. That is not "giving Brees a pass". Kindly retract your inflammatory statement Mr. Saints internet board policeman.
