The final product. On the left spare ribs spiced up and topped with brown sugar and honey. On the right is some trimmed off part of the rack seasoned with soy sauce, ginger, and some Asian hot sauce.

Southwest egg rolls are one of my 3 options on the triple dipper.

Very easy to make and great for Gameday. I'll have to see if I can find the recipe I used.
