Why celebrate a heroine addict? This is worse than Whitney Houston tributes.

My wife watches this show. So far have they just skipped over how he died? (On the show that is).

It would be pretty pathetic for a show that seemingly touches on supposedly taboo subjects affecting high school kids and they avoid the drug issue.

I think he went into rehab back in the spring and everyone was surprised because he definitely wasn't a known drug abuser. Following his rehab, I read an article that he had addiction issues since before he hit it big on Glee, so I can only imagine how that fueled the fire.

Ryan Murphy ruined Glee by turning this show into an after school PSA, so I don't know why they couldn't tie the drug addiction into this episode. When it actually has real life application.

I haven't watched this show in a year or 2, but I'm tuning in tonight.

it's his friends and his girlfriend paying respect to someone they've been on a show with for many years. Have you never had a friend die of a drug overdose or commit suicide? shite happens, remember the good times you had with them and let the haters talk shite about the bad times.

case in point-this guy is singing Fire & Rain, a song about drug addiction and depression. They will tie in his real life issues probably through songs like this.

Can anyone tell me why principal figgins is the janitor and sue is principal?

ETA: Sue Sylvester makes my skin crawl and is only tolerable in small doses, so I just enjoyed that scene between her and Santana

That's what funerals and wakes are for. No need to do a puff piece for someone that wasted their life abusing a substance that killed him.

If Puck doens't kand another acting gig after Glee, he has a great future as a Neil Diamond impersonator.

Beautiful performance by Lea. Gave me chills.

On a very shallow note, I wish she would dress more her age. Her style is the same as it was when she was playing a 15 year old on the show. Although the "Finn" necklace was a nice touch.

Brittany wasn't there because her actor left the show because she was pregnant just had a baby.

Rachel does dress differently now that she is NYC that was definitely a visual cue.

Quinn wasn't because Dianna and Ryan Murphy(the showrunner) have never gotten along.

Sadly though it pissed me off that the Beatles got two episodes (the previous two) and Finn got one. When Cory died during the summer while they were still writing they should have condensed the Beatles episodes into one and had a two hour Finn tribute.

Blaine, Sam, Artie, and Ryder all have had close relationships to Finn (Blaine being his future brother in law, Sam living with the Hudson-Hummels, Artie being one of the reasons Finn was in ND, and Ryder was recruited to ND by Finn)

Granted none of the other new kids said anything but those four were the most glaring.
