Venue is awful: Soul Kitchen in Mobile, AL.

I like that venue.

The BR show is sold out but the Nola one isn't.

I decided not to go earlier this week... Been in Chicago all week and don't get home until tomorrow... Don't feel like turning around and going to BR ( I've seen Dawes tour on this record already! too)

He's awesome. You'll have a great time.

I'm assuming it's full band?

He and John Moreland are playing here in Austin next weekend and I can't go

Haha, my mom and sister are coming in for my birthday...they are only here for 2 days and I doubt they want to spend their first night in town at a show where we couldn't catch up. Trust me, I am BUMMED. But...family first. :)

BR show was sold out before I got to get tickets?

Anybody know anything about Austin Lucas and Lee Bains? They're playing at Chelsea's in a few weeks.

This show is going to be the fricking balls. Lee Bains is a southern rock and roll beast.

The Baton Rouge show was opening for Dawes. Isbell only played 10 songs or so. He put on a great show, but it didn't last long.

We went in not knowing the headliner, Dawes. There's a reason, he's pretty lame. One thing is for sure, old people love Dawes, they were really into it. Not really my thing. We stayed for 3 songs, got some road drinks and hit the casino.
