Well, it is pre-season, and reading the Bourbon Street shots article on his turnovers last year (LINK ) it looks most of his turnovers came off the pick and roll. I'm not worried about him at all.

Only two players on the pelicans have attempted a 3 point shot so far.

Not only is he our best defensive presence in the interior but without Evans and Gordon he's probably our best shot maker as well. Also how much worse than Stiemsma could Withey really be?

Just from the box scores it looks like Holiday has improved everything but his shooting in the second half. Although probably the main reason we brought him in was for defense and Afflalo and Nelson are a combined 3 of 17 so that's pretty promising
