He got screwed in his business venture. Sucks for him as he was once worth over 100 Million and tried to invest it wisely.
He didn't blow his money on cars, friends and rap albums.

Putting all of your net worth into one business is not investing it wisely, regardless of what that business is. Diversifying is wise investing, anybody with any knowledge whatsoever of personal finance knows this.
