At least give him a chance to win a SB before he's done.

He doesn't deserve to go out like that.

That's actually a solid idea. Won't happen though, but I like it

this is probably a troll, but no way the league would/should approve of that trade... the other 30 teams (especially AFC West) would have a (legitimate) gripe with that move.

I feel bad for Tony. I bet he's shocked at the shitshow in Atlanta right now.

Will never happen, but why wouldn't it be approved. If its a legitimate trade

If it's late in the season and we have no hope of the playoffs I'm down. Give him a chance and get a late draft pick or something next year for consolidation.

He looks like the only Falcon that is trying to win.

He came back for one last shot at a Super Bowl...

Should have stayed retired.

Allright so if we lose to the Bucs and Bills then I'm down.

If we're 3-4(which we should be, but we should have won last night) then get rid of him. He deserves better than this effort.

Preferably trade him to someone who will beat the Saints in the playoffs.

would make more sense to be traded to NE. KC doesn't have much better chance than Atl. TG prob doesn't want to uproot anyway.

if you guys could get a 6th/7th I'm sure it is better than nothing.

Chances are this is his last season and if making the playoffs is doubtful. Andy Reid also like to use his TE's as receivers so gonzo would be perfect.

I don't think it would require him uprooting.

This type of come back for one more shot thing doesn't usually seem to work. I don't think he'd want to be rented for by a title contender . I think he thought they were close and wanted to give it one more shot. Still playing his arse off too.

Screw Tony. He thought he could skip the entire off season and expect to just march with the rest of the team to the playoffs. He's getting what he deserves. You can't half arse prepare to be a champion.
