First viewing for all of us. Not a dry eye in the room. Excellent finale to a great trilogy.

Same thing happened to me when I watched Marley and Me a while back. I just never gave a shite about the dog and ended up falling asleep. I don't know how it ends to this day.

I was very sad when the credits rolled in the theater. Got that lumpy feeling in my throat. The movie came out the summer right before I headed off to college, and I grew up with Toy Story so it home.

I made the mistake of watching Toy Story 3 on an airplane. I took solace knowing I wasn't the only person with tears streaming down their cheeks.

Movies don't usually make me cry but I watched this one about a week after I had to put my dog down. Definitely got emotional. Great movie with a ton of mixed emotion at the end. Sad that Marley is put down but also reminds you of all the good times with your dog.

I was about the same age as him when the first one came out and left for College the same year he did. I am who Toy Story was made for.

Most people say they cried in TS3 when they were all headed down the dumpster and started holding hands. Which is a great scene. The scene that got me though was when woody ended up being in the box. Yikes.

I will be pissed if they make a fourth with the little girl.

Saw it with my parents literally the day before I moved out of their house for good and halfway around the world. Heard it was sad, but thought it would be in a different way. In the Incinerator scene I really thought "Holy shite, they're going to fricking kill the toys, because this film is just too good to pull of a deus ex machina." But then the film goes off and pulls one of the best deus ex machinas in cinematic history. Needless to say that when Andy moved out and let go of his toys, my mother got quite upset and sad after the movie. Very moving experience and probably still in my top 5 strongest cinematic experiences.

It really nailed it for me because it came out the summer before my freshmen year of college.

I really feel bad for kids who literally didn't grow up "with" Toy Story. Definitely a harrowing experience to remember you were Andy's age when it first came out, and then to be in his shoes in the 3rd one when he moves on with his life.

And the year it was on Starz, every 2 or so months I'd get a call from my mom telling how much she loved me. I had to ask her if she watched the end of Toy Story again, and it was always yes.

Ya they were my favorite movies growing up but i hadn't seen them for years when the third came out; I hadn't the biggest "holy shite the gang is back" at the intro.
