Fenix TK75 Flashlight 2900 Lumens

On high at 1100 lumens, this compact Fenix flashlight pushes for four hours while the 400-lumen level stays the course at 12 hours runtime

So on high its output is 1100 lumens, but they call it a 2900 lumen flashlight

The 'high' mode is 1100 lumens. The 'turbo' mode is 2900 lumens. Turbo mode has a run time of 1 hr, 15 min.

Also, my employer will be making this purchase for me - I wouldn't spend that much out of my own pocket.

Well in that case, order several and distribute the rest to the fine fellas of the OB for a sure nuff field test. We will report back with our findings

Not for me. I've got an 800 lumen that I keep on my belt when I'm working. Very small and bright enough to light up vacant warehouses and factories (uses an 18650 3.7v battery).

I have a 3800 lumen light at the house and I swear that thing is more dangerous than a loaded gun. I have kids, and they love playing with that thing. Gonna blind the damn dog or burn down the house one day when I forget to put it up.

But if that is your thing, tell the boss to buy it.

Hell I spent more than that on a weapon light with less lumens. 6p w/ a TLS TX4. 600 Lumen

If I can just figure something clever to engrave on handle I'm in.

I'll give you a cool flashlight fist bump. Fenix, O-Light and some others literally make some flashlights you can start fires with.....and THEY ARE AWESOME.

I wonder if you have to pre light these $200 flashlights first to get 2800 lumens.

I bought a $20 Cree three years ago. Still going strong. Best light I've ever owned, and I've got two streamlights.
