I haven't seen too much on here about him, but I think this guy is the best offseason pick up not named Rob Ryan. You barely hear his name because he just absolutely locks down his side. I know we didn't get Nnamdi, but this guy has definitely been better. It's nice to have a stud corner. Very underrated.

Nnamdi barely made the team and has played like dogshit for the most part.

yeah idk if he's "locked down" his side, but he has undoubtedly been playing better as of late.

He has been incredible and he deserves a thread. He's been tried a few times on one on one deeps balls and is always there to defend it. Very unsung pickup.

the best part of this year is the tackling right at the catch. I believe there's only been half a handful of plays that went for decent YAC

After watching LSU pretend to tackle opponents Saturday it was damn refreshing to watch the Saints show hows its done on Sunday!
keenan seemed to start a little slow and now you hardly even know he's on the field

You can make the argument that Vaccarro was. He has probably played at least 95% of the defensive snaps this season. Lewis has probably played about 85-90% of the defensive plays.

Both have been very good pick ups for the Saints.

nah

Our DBs are benefitting from a consistent pass rush. That's a good thing. Lewis has been good...not great. And, that's a good return for the money we spent.

I was worried about him after preseason, but he's been an absolute stud

then we get to add Butler at the end of this year or next year along with some draft picks. First time in a while that we should focus on offense in the draft (oline)

mad props for the guy taking less money to play here too.

His contract was in market value range but easy to imagine someone paying him more.

Also he's at 27 without a lot of high miles on him. CB is one of the important positions to have starters you are confident in.

Definitely a big deal in todays NFL. Offenses are going to make their plays you just have to clean it up as soon as they do so they don't compound into even bigger plays. Todays NFL calls for pass rushers and physical DB's who can stick guys when they inevitably make their big catches.
