Odd front in 2nd half....

went to a 3-3-5......helped with pressure on QB.
We need to run different fronts....

Hmmm...did you think of this idea of running different fronts first....or did Chavis come up with it on his own?

The reason I brought it up was because that was the 1st time in 2 games they switched out of a 40 and went to an odd front.

Yes, switching from 4 to 3 man dl, thus keeping all 3 lb'ers on the field.

Chavis' nickel is usually 4-2-5 though. in 09 he did tend to run the mustang with Harry staying in, so it was kind of a 3-3-5.

Pretty sure nickel has 2 linebackers and 5 dbs.
