I have everything I need around lvl 13-14 but I'm waiting for my TH upgrade so I can get more storages. I have a little while from the 6th base.

Foot bosses all the time, he's a regular, he's just saying he hasn't caught one since he got his 6th base Saturday.

Yeah I wasn't using it in a literal sense. That's a lot of long term upgrades with only 4 builders

So, I was trying to figure out what combination of talents and skill levels I would need on Champ and PD in order to make Champ proc again before his first 3 second stun wears off for a perfect perma-stun on any boss. I started by timing the attack rates of a few of my heroes to see if they were attacking as fast as I thought they should be.
Pretty much all of them were slower than I expected. I have a Druid and PD with Berserk 3/5, which increases attack speed by 20%. I thought that, since their normal attack rates are 1000ms (1 attack per second), that a 20% increase would make them attack 1.2 times per second. This doesn't happen. Instead, they each got off 5 attacks in about 4.5 seconds, which is only a little more than 1.1 attacks per second, or an attack speed of 900ms. Turns out, according to this thread, the math works like this:
1.0/1.2 = .833 (normal attack rate / increase due to berserk = expected attack rate)
This .833 is then, for whatever reason, ROUNDED UP TO THE NEXT 100ms, so the 3/5 bersek only gets you to an attack rate of 900ms. Berserk 4/5 would be required to get me down to the 800ms rate.
My Champ currently has Berserk 1/5 for 10% attack rate increase, which comes out to 1.0/1.1 = .909, which gets rounded right the frick back up to 1000ms, and which was verified by my timing tests. It may seem pointless as a talent, but thankfully it does still come into play when PD buffs him, or if I do Frenzy. On heroes without Berserk, my Frenzy buffs their attack rate by 40%, which works out to 1.0/1.4 = .714, or 800ms. My Champ's Berserk stacks, so he gets that extra 10% boost, making him attack at 1000/1400 = .714/1.1 = .649, or 700ms.
With my PD at 4/9 for 25%, this gives my Champ a rate of 1.0/1.35 = .741, or 800ms. Once I get PD to 5/9, Champ's rate will be 1.0/1.4 = .714, or STILL 800ms. He won't see an actual attack rate boost until I get PD to 6/9. Everyone else is even more fricked since 1.0 divided by 1.25, 1.3, 1.35, or 1.4 are all higher than .700 and will get rounded up to 800ms. Non-berserked heroes will not see an attack speed increase from one buff until I get PD to 8/9! The only reason it's worth it to level PD's skill from 4/9 to 5/9 is because of the stacking. A stacked 4/9 gives a rate of 1.0/1.25 = .8/1.25 = .64, or 700ms. A stacked 5/9 gives a rate of 1.0/1.3 = .769/1.3 = .592, or 600ms.
Very long story short, I'm not getting my Champ to perma-stun . I would need 5/5 Berserk, plus a double-stacked buff from PD at 9/9 or a triple-stacked buff at 5/9 to even come close. And then it would only last until the oldest buff rolls off the stack, screwing everything up.

you still playing? We need to do a boss fight soon
Adding the 6th hero fricked my boss battle all up. It adds another hero for the boss to attack and it threw my mojo all out of whack. I may throw my 5, let stun lock roll and then throw my other one for damage
And if you think that's bad, I also made a spreadsheet that approximates PD's proc times, attack rate, and number of proc stacks.
At 4/9 skill (25% boost), PD's procs hit as follows:
1 proc @ 8 secs into battle
2 procs stacked @ 14 secs
1 proc @ 16 secs
2 @ 20
1 @ 23
2 @ 26
3 @ 37
2 @ 39
3 @ 42
4 @ 46
3 @ 47
4 @ 52
5 @ 60
6 @ 63
5 @ 64
And at skill 5/9 (30%), the procs stack a bit faster:
1 @ 8
2 @ 14
1 @ 16
2 @ 20
1 @ 24
2 @ 25
3 @ 29
2 @ 31
3 @ 34
4 @ 38
3 @ 39
4 @ 41
5 @ 45
6 @ 47
5 @ 48
6 @ 49
7 @ 52
At 4/9 skill (25% boost), PD's procs hit as follows:
1 proc @ 8 secs into battle
2 procs stacked @ 14 secs
1 proc @ 16 secs
2 @ 20

2 @ 26
3 @ 37
