He had like 262 rushing with 36 carries. I believe around 40 receiving yards with 3 or 4 catches.

He had several catches too, including one where he was decapitated. Apparently it's legal to target and hit a receiver helmet to helmet in high school. It was one of the most vicious hits I've seen at that level.

I thought he got knocked out on that hit the way his head hit the turf.

Guy's amazing. Looks like TJ Yeldon 2.0. Reminds me of Beanie Wells in high school, except Beanie was running over DIII Ohio teams, most of which sucked.

Without routinely coughing the ball up in the red zone.

2.0 = better performance, bugs removed, etc.

That was a hard hit. He got up and went back to killing it though.

Could you have picked 2 more different backs? Beanie was built compact and used his power to create yards. Yield on is a long lean back that strides to create separation. Fournette is on a different level than Yeldon. Also Yeldon is an absolute terrible comparison. LF is a faster version than Todd Gurley.

As a junior in HS Beanie was over 6'1, weighed 225 and running sub-11.0 100 meter dashes. I wouldn't say he's compact, either. He has an offensive-linemen-like arm span of 33 5/8 inches and had one of the longest RB broad jumps in combine history. After a history of foot/ankle injuries he'd definitely lost a step or two by the time he hit the league. But in high school he ran both over and around people in a way that reminds me of Fournette (though Fournette is more of a long strider).

Also, the Bama hate is strong on here. Yeldon is an animal.

Yeldon isn't garbage but he's not elite either. I told people he wasn't going to do anything this year. It's Gurley, Hill, Davis, Collins, Neal, J Williams, Mason, Yeldon, Scott, M Jones, and the rest.
