First team: Morris Claiborne, CB

Isn't he playing terrible right now?
Yup, just got benched in favor of Orlando Scandrick.

Dee Milliner has also gotten benched this season. Dre Kirkpatrick hasn't played at all. Mark Ingram sucks. Nick Fairley has been hot and cold. Tyler Wilson has been God awful. Reuben Randle is a 3rd option for the New York Giants offense. Joe Adams couldn't get on the field for the Carolina Panthers. Courtney UpShaw is a 2nd string OLB for the Baltimore Ravens. Bacarri Rambo got benched at the Washington Redskins. Etc...

I was just naming some guys that have recently been All-SEC.

If Manning stays in all game, the Broncos score at will, whenever and however they want. 100+ points. It would be disgusting.

But are they worse than most of the Jags players?

I'd say no.

They could compete.

You are clearly trolling because no Bama fan smart enough to use a computer and the internet would be stupid enough to think any college team would beat a pro team, much less think it would be close.

Did my post that said "I'm really just kidding" give it away? Smart guy.

I'd love to see the Saints offense versus Alabama, in the Dome.

Similarly to the Broncos, it would be a blood bath

It would be UGLY.

Likewise, the Alabama players would be gasping for air at Mile High.

No, they couldn't. It's as simple as that.

It actually would be comical seeing our DBs try and cover Graham. It would be like our DBs trying to cover Mike Evans x 100.

A team of the best rookies in the NFL can compete with the Jaguars.

To say they couldn't is stupid.

What you are forgetting here is we are not talking about NFL rookies we are talking about college players. No college allstar team could come with in 40 points of the Jags.

Yes there is a difference in college players and NFL rookies. The NFL rookies still have a lot more training and practices than college players. I think this is the point you are missing.

Any NFL O-line or D-line would own any college line that got in front of them.

Ok let me put it to you this way. Tim Tebow dominated in the SEC

This right here should have ended the tangent the thread took.

Do people understand how fricking hard it is to make it to the NFL?

bullshite!!! No college team could beat an NFL team but the absolute best college players, given a few months to play together as a team, would be able to stay WELL within 40 of the Jags. I guarantee you there are AT LEAST 5 offensive linemen in CFB right now that could start in the NFL so there is no reason they couldn't run the ball and keep it close. In fact, there is a college player at EVERY SINGLE POSITION that could be starting in the NFL right now. To say that the best of the best in CFB wouldn't be within 40 of the jags, given time to play as a team, is just stupid.

Brandon Deaderick was a starter at Alabama. He's a second stringer with the Jags.

So you are saying that a team of 53 college players could hang with the Jags? You should be an NFL scout because not many of the top draft picks ever play a down in the NFL.

Now you are adding in stipulations. No there are not 53 of the "top" college players that could stay with in 40 of the Jags. Again how do you know who the top players are? Just because Mel Kiper says they are the top guys in college doesn't make it true after they get in the NFL.

Sure you could cherry pick the past draft and maybe find enough for a complete team but were these guys the "top" players their last year in college?

I bet you couldn't beat the Jags if you made a team out of the top 100 picks from last years draft.

They would stay within 40pts for the 1st quarter.

This would be a Bloodbath and the Tebow thing ends all debate about this.

The Guys at Wynn who had it at under 10 is BS and they must laugh there arse off thinking tards like many in this thread would take the bait
