I thought the sound was decent, but not great. It seemed a tad washed out at the peak output when the whole band was playing. I found it hard to hear the vocals over the whole band at times. It wasn't bad by any means, but it wasn't perfect either. I have a feeling that will be a recurring theme in that venue.

my guess is that it wasn't the typical fan but a bunch of overly drunk college students looking for a good time.

Crowes sounded great.
This. And I think the only songs they recognized were Hard to Handle and She Talks to Angels. People around me at least.

i was looking for a good time too. theres a proper way to navigate through a crowd and these dumb drunk kids had no idea how to do it. my girlfriend and i were plowed into many times beacuse people were too stupid to be able to walk. pretty much par for the course at a free show, but annoying none the less.

Yeah, that was annoying too. I kept getting near the path of people moving around somehow.
