Can't do that. My buddy who works at Winn Dixie hooked me up with a deal. I got 10lbs of tilapias for $40. Not sure I should pan sautée them or do a bouillabaisse

With 10 pounds, can't you do both?

Keep it simple.
Brown butter, toasted almond slivers, thyme and parsley chimichurri

I would say feed them to the homeless, but homeless deserve to eat better than that. Maybe feed the neighborhood cats.

There sure are some snarky assholes on this board. Not everyone was born with a silver spoon in their mouth. I bet you smell your own farts too.

I wouldn't expect someone from texas to know how to cook fish anyway. Stick to texmex dipshit

I'm not the biggest fan of tilapia, either. But if you use it for a ceviche or as a Veracruz style seafood cocktail, its mild taste can be overcome. Plenty of lime, raw red onion, chopped cilantro, chopped tomato (or a little V-8 juice or tomato juice), minced jalapeno, avocado, and some cooked shrimp....serve w/tostadas.
ETA: fry it and use it in fish tacos w/all the typical garnishes...again, so many other flavors going on, you won't notice that the fish is pretty tasteless.
