Does Mett Break the Single-Season TD Mark?

If so, what's his final total?
Mett currently sits with 13 TDs through five games. With at least eight games remaining, Mett has a great shot at breaking the single-season TD record of 28, held by Mauck and JR.

It's possible, but Les has a want to run the ball from inside the ten, as we saw this weekend. Murray's stats looked better because he threw (and ran) for a couple of red zone TDs while Mett was handing the ball off.

He will probably have another game with 5 td passes. He will probably throw about 34 td passes.

He is getting better each game.
This is a 5th year Senior who will play in the NFL with an NFL offensive coordinator and 2 NFL WRs. By the Alabama game, he is going to be doing what he wants if the OLine can hold up.
He is basically at that point now.
Remember Jamarcus Russell in 2006? We all remember the end of the season and forget the beginning. He got better as the year went on. Mett is doing the same. It is awesome to watch.
We might now win a championship this year, but it is going to be fun, and really, that is a good thing.

He will have 30 by the end of the Arky game.
If we win out and get to the SEC game, and including the bowl, he will end with 35.

Easily passes it in my opinion, cause we will have to score 30+, except against UF.

He only needs to average 2 touchdown passes a game going forward to break the record by 1. I think that is highly feasible. He is averaging nearly 3 a game thus far.

Unless the offense takes some serious steps back, I see Mett getting in the 30+ TD range.

he will beat it. Jmarc was pulled in a lot of games in 06. with our d, mett will play almost every snap.
