Got to feed the monkey.

Could be a good thing or a bad thing.

IE he has to be good at his job to feed the monkey, or he has to steal your money to feed the monkey

Yeah but I paid 5 grand for 20 grand worth of watches. It's an investment.

No but I worked for one through college. Learned a lot. I guess index funds is simplifying it because everyone's risk tolerance and stage of life is different. Being young that is my strategy after maxing out a Roth and 401K match.

I would think that, yes, this will probably happen again. That said, who knows how long and the severity of it.

I'd feel much more comfortable investing that money in something else, and would probably get a better return too
