What do you attribute this team's lack of passion/fire to?

Being at the game yesterday, I noticed that even when we made positive plays, there was very little fire, passion, no excitement. This is offense and defense. What's the deal? We were playing the number 9 ranked team in the country

The defense plays without passion and much desire. They seem to be thinking to much and not reacting. No leaders on D.
