The guys a beast. Wish he'd go to a better/ more stable, veteran team to see what he could potentially achieve. But he'll prob just waste away in sac-town- underachieve and get paid. Kinda a shame

He has HUGE potential. I hope he utilizes his gifts instead of wasting them on pot and laziness. He could easily be the best center in the NBA.

Yes he does. Has the best hands of any big man I have seen in a long time. I hope Shaq can help him get his temper under control and play under control. Could be one of the best with his skill set if he can harness his anger/frustration and turn it into solid play on the court.

Yeah, a max contract should cure that.

I actually think there's a good chance of this. The Lakers are going to have a ton of cap space and no elite talent to fill it in another year. They'll be desperate and think they can fix Derrick Coleman 2.0. And they'll be wrong.

I doubt it, at least for next summer.
New Kings ownership is all in on Cousins. Vivek mentioned him prominently soon after he bought the team in a way that he didn't mention Tyreke. Same thing with Malone once he got the head coaching job. They are building around the big guy.
It will be interesting to see what happens with Boogie. He finally has what at least appears to be a competent front office and coach. Certainly some of his problems stem from just how dysfunctional the Maloofs were for the past several years. But he's still got plenty of work to do- he is downright atrocious on defense.
On a side note, this should all but guarantee Greg Monroe gets a max contract.

More likely to puch his coach, multiple baby mammas, or another player than become an all time great.
He has the tools for both, but he leans on the thug tool set a lot more than the "I could be a fricking amazing basketball player" tool set.
