Just watched the auburn game again and mostly focused on the linebackers on defense. I thought tahj looked not so great to say the least. Anyone else have an opinion on mr. Jones?

Linebackers as a whole have looked underwhelming. Except for Kwon the time he's been in

He's injured, but is traveling with the team to UGA.

I also like kwon. Barrow needs to step up big time. He is supposed to lead this defense.

And he got hurt twice last game, and the one before I think.
You can't choose when you get hurt, but it sure makes it hard to lead a defense when that happens.

Tahj was pushed around all night, couldn't get off blocks. Barrow and Welter both looked hesitant and slow getting to the ball. Also Debo hasn't looked good at all so far this season. Jmo, I'm not a negatiger.

Really could have used Torshiro. Instead he's on one of the worst defenses in the country on a crappy team and a hopeless program.

Yeah I mean he only had 104 tackles, 7.5 TFL, 5 passes defended and a forced fumble last season.
But, he's never flashed anything.

I feel like this defense is missing the stars that our past defenses have had. The ones that are playmakers. This defense seems to be full of good players but lacks any star players. I will wait to see if one emerges.

There have been several setbacks with developing the LB depth recently. Guys not panning out and missing out on a few guys too.

This was my fear coming into the season. Where are the playmakers?

Keep in mind: LSU is Linebacker U constantly churning out all-world talent so this recent dip in LB play is verrry surprising

Tahj is by far the worst linebacker on the team he is to light in the arse and is constantly blocked out of plays. I have not seen him beat a block this year.
