Definitely do the trade. The only problem you would have is which 3 out of Martin, Cameron, Green, Rice and Foster to keep for next year. I think Martin and Green are a definite.
Assuming y'all do a flex and all your players are healthy in a couple weeks:
Stafford

White (healthy)
Martin
Foster
Rice
Cameron
That is the best 12-teamer I've seen this year.
