ok, it was a month ago, but still a timely quote:

"Easier than it looks game: For Georgia, LSU on Sept. 28. The Tigers saw 10 players leave early for the NFL, and the thought of the shaky Zach Mettenberger - once a Bulldog, you'll recall - returning to a frothing Sanford Stadium should inspire no LSU optimism." - Mark Bradley, AJC, 8/26/2013

Dear Lord...you wanna email a guy for a prediction he made in August before the season even started!?

Seems reasonable.

Yeah, that's totally a word.

OP is gonna feel like an idiot when this columnist gets it right.

I think we'll win, but it's not like he predicted anything ridiculous. All valid concerns coming into the year and all still relatively valid 4 games in.

uh, what?

and, yes, I'll feel like a total fool if LSU loses a road game to a top 10 team.

The point I was trying to make is that I wouldn't be shocked if we lose and lose because of reasons the columnist stated. You seem to be insinuating that the columnist looks dumb for his assessment. Maybe I'm wrong there.

That said, I think we'll win.

Well there's this from the Urban Dictionary:

quote:

1. analate
the process of hardcore anal sex

Could it be a derivative of this?

It is, but analysis fits the context better.
