Which one should I start watching?

Looking for a new show to watch:
Dexter (seen 2 episodes)
Boardwalk Empire ( easiest to get because I have HBO to go)
Breaking Bad (seen 2 episodes)
Which one to start? Most people I know like all 3. I know BB and Dexter are almost over which is a positive in my book because I can watch them all the way through. I eventually want to watch all 3.

Breaking bad
Dexter (people will shite on this because they are still mad about the finale, but it is still a Great show. seasons 1-4 are top notch.)

My answer exactly. S4 of dexter was so badass. S1 was really good too. after 4 goes downhill but still a good show

Breaking bad and Boardwalk are in a different cosmos than Dexter

Boardwalk Empire is the one I watch so go with that one.

definitely the other two before Dexter, but if you do watch Dexter, please stop after season 4. It's great up to that point. It's been said twice, but I'm quoting and repeating because it really is that bad in the later and especially last season.

if he likes 1-4, he may finish the "bad" seasons just to see how it all ends.
season 5 is ok
season 6 is really good imo. i'd say its my third fav season.
season 7 is good in the beginning and falls a bit near the end
and if he makes it to season 8, he will finish the series. 8 was ok for the first 3-4 episodes and then it got pretty bad, but we all wanted to see how it ends.

Also thanks for the input.
The episodes I saw of BB were 1 and 2 where as the episodes of Dexter were in season 7 so this statement seemed to be correct. Probably go with:
1. BB
2. Boardwalk
3. Dexter

Breaking Bad in the answer and it isn't close.
I enjoyed Boardwalk, but stopped mid season2 but will go back and watch it when it's all over.
Dexter was great at first and then tailed off REAL HARD starting season 5. Watch through season 4 and call it a day. Anything more and you'll expect closure, and you will not get it. May as well stop on the highest note.

If I could unwatch seasons 5 on knowing what I know now, I would. That may be chore one if I ever run into a working time machine...

Breaking Bad is easily the best IMO.
