I just hope more Bucs fans think that Schiano is a good HC. Would be nice to play against him for the next few years.

He, Mark Dominik & the Glazers met and agreed on the decision.
Glennon gives the team the best chance to win. The past 9 offensive performances have been bad (basically blaming Freeman).
Said he won't compare what Freeman can do vs. what Glennon can go. Followed by calling Glennon "smart".
