Trade offer: Gronk/Ridley for Green/Bernard

Thinking about proposing this trade:
Gronk and Ridley for AJ Green and Gio Bernard
The trade would upgrade my weakest position (WR) with a legit WR1 and hopefully give me a boost at RB2.
Currently have:
QB D Brees
WR V Jackson
WR J Jones
WR S Johnson
RB L McCoy
RB K Moreno
TE J Graham
BN RG3
BN D Hopkins
BN M Brown
BN D Sproles
BN S Ridley
BN B Tate
BN R Gronkowski

Why would someone ever accept that trade. Your offering a hurt te and a guy who hasn't done anything all year for a top tier wr and a rb with an extremely high ceiling

Because he has absolutely nothing at TE and wants Gronk. TE is killing him right now.
Gio Bernard is his RB4 or RB5, and Green is his WR3 behind Calvin Johnson and Dez Bryant. So losing those two doesn't hurt him much.

He went WR in rounds 1, 2, and 3.
