Who is starting Pryor this week?

With Cam having a bye week, I'm thinking of starting Pryor (if healthy) against Washington's shitty D. I picked up Rivers last week and planned to start him. Help me decide experts of the fantasy board.

I would start rivers over him, Alex Smith if he is available will probably blow the giants up .

If he is healthy, I am actually considering starting him over vick @ denver. May be crazy but washington has been awful and denvers front 7 could seriously hurt vick.

I was about to pick him up in place of Rodgers, but not sure he will play.
The others available have bad matchups though.
If Pryor doesn't start, I almost want to grab Flynn because of the matchup.

Pryor is a solid fantasy qb. I will continue to start him. Just watch the injury reports on his concussion. Start him if he starts.
