Lynch/Wayne/Olsen for Rice/Torrey Smith/Jordan Cameron

I have Lynch Wayne and Olsen currently.
I also have Jamal Charles, Chris Johnson, Fred Jackson at RB and Julio Jones, Fitzgerald, Boo Hopkins, at WR.
He's got DeMarco Murray, Calvin Johnson, Cobb, Bowe, Bolden.
I'm in first in my league and really want to shore up at tight end.
The trade evals tell me the other guy is getting the better deal.
Any counter ideas?
I was thinking Lynch/Fitz/Olsen for Murray/Smith/Jordan. Not sure that Rice is going to do a ton this year.

No reason to give up Lynch. Charles and lynch give you an amazing 1, 2 punch at RB. Plus you Julio at WR. That should not even be possible. I'd give up a 3rd RB or 4th RB along with Olsen to get a better TE.
