i found this article talking about the LSU/UGA game. The footnote is astounding...

I'd wager to say that UGA has played just a smidgen tougher schedule than LSU so far, seeing as they've played at #3 and hosted #12 with one rent-A-win in there. LSU has played no ranked teams (as of now) and 2 rent-a-wins. LSU was 5 of 13 or 39% against Auburn.
Those things might affect their conversion just a bit compared to LSU's.

Except the one thing you're overlooking. TCU's defense is better than Georgia's. They have 3-4 guys in their secondary that will play in the NFL soon

Not making excuses, but how many on here really think Clemson is the #3 team in the country? They did not look like all world beaters on Thursday night.
