I haven't watched UGA that much this year, but reading up a bit, it seems their D is suspect, especially in the secondary.

Do you think we'll try to pound the ball down their throats to keep Gurley/Murray off the field, or will we try to exploit their young DBs but possibly forcing our D to play more snaps?

Spread em out, carve em up.

Bring them in, run over them.

Balanced attack will keep them guessing and the chains moving. We win by 7. It will be a high scoring game. Im thinking something like 42-35

You can do both and we will.

LSU 42

UGA 39

I have a feeling the UGA offense will dictate our offense. Don't have a lot of faith in being able to stop them.

It will be a wide open game IMO

I say score points preferably running the ball down their throats

The one positive I can find about attacking their offense is that Murray is more of a pocket passer than read option type guy. He is mobile but we should be able to focus more on attacking our gaps than waiting to see where the ball is going.

It will be a close game and could easily go either way.

Who knows. Cam Cam's first big top 10 sec game for us. We will just have to wait and see what he pulls out of les miles' hat.

BTW to all negatigers. Our defense will not allow more than 24 points from UGA.

Don't know about offense but defensively you just go Nick Fairley on Murray. That should do it.

This is the type of game that I think favors LSU. UGA's style of offense is a lot like ours in that Murray likes to hang out in the pocket. Pressure him and get him out with our monster D-line.

It will be tough to keep Gurley from bouncing outside the tackle, and if he does, that is where were get in trouble.

On offense...I can't wait. I think we are going to see more of what we did against TCU. Spread it, and sling it to open the run, most likely with many draw plays, and running behind the tackles. I predict Mett gets 350+ this game.

Cam Cameron is about to unleash his offense!

ETA: Our O is going to be very balanced though. Expect sustained drives with lots of combo routes, hitting receivers 10 yards at a time. Time of possession is going to be huge this game to keep our defense off the field.

Offensivly this should be an exciting game. Gonna be a balanced attack if I have to guess.

Defensivly we could have some trouble. This game fits our D better imo. We will be playing a more pro style offense eith a qb who isn't a threat to run. Murray can move when meeded but he is more of a pocket guy.

Stopping the run game will be interesting but I believe without having to defend the read option the defense will be able to play a little more downhill rush.

With few exception Les Miles coached teams just run their offense until the other team proves they can stop it.

I think you'll see a balanced attack, but I suspect they throw frequently early on to open up the run game.
