Kenny Hilliard. What's the deal?

It wasn't until this game that Hill surpassed the numbers he put up in the 2011 season. Hilliard used to drag people for extra yardage. He used to run through tacklers, and he'd actually find a seam, hit a hole, and go for big gains.

What the hell happened? I know last year was a distraction with the family issues and what not, but all the offseason buildup said he was back in shape and hungry.

Is this one of those things where he's just fallen off?

Did he do better in 11 because he got so many more touches?

I'm not bashing, I'm pulling for the guy, I'm a KH fan through and through...

I'm just curious how he went from #1 to falling behind Magee who they were just gonna misuse as a receiver.

Hill is a special talent, but every indication said Kenny was too. So Kenny falling to #2 would make sense, but they really don't seem to have any confidence in him.

He lost his vision. Not the same RB we recruited coming out of high school

Sounds good to me

IMO. Hillard has one speed, Hill has three.

lost vision and gained too much weight

looks like a fullback out there

also, his girlfriend had twins last year so i'm sure he's occupied with that

if you are a rb and and show good games early in your college career, its like a 75% chance you will suck later on because of injury, women, drugs, food, perceived draft position, or you just quit trying.

What's even more impressive is how Blue went from starting tailback to 4th string. And don't get me wrong, I love Blue and really wish he could excel out there, but that injury did a number on him.

I'm with ya on Hilliard as well

I hope we don't try and spread the carries just for the sake of spreading carries from this point forward.
I hope Hill totes the rock until HE says I need a break, then hit them with McGee.
Those are the only two that should see time right now, the other two seem to just simply be wasted downs for the most part, and on the plays they do make yards, the main two would have made more.

Blue should get at least 10 carries per game IMO.

He sure looked pretty good to me last night, for the limited PT he saw.
