Seems like this would discourage a recruit and considering we have like 3 elite recruits visiting I'm a little concerned. Any thoughts?

Yes, recruits won't come to LSU now that they see the fans leave with it raining when LSU is up big. LSU is so screwed.

The weather is fricking terrible and we are dominating. Never mind that the streets are already flooded as frick causing even more traffic than there already is. You people need to calm the frick down and stop being paranoid.

Probably not significant. That's the first thing I thought when I saw all those empty seats though.

Most people who attend games drive in from Nola, Lafayette, Lake Charles, Shreveport and Alexandria. They arrive early and drive home after the game.

If you are looking AT&T a 2 -3 hour drive and want to avoid the gridlock when the game is over, you gonna leave too

Only important thing is that the stadium sells out and is full at the beginning.

Always an excuse. As fans we expect the team to show up and give it all the whole game or we bit** the whole time.
But as a fan base this has steadily gotten worse over the years and TV calls us out on it every time.
Sorry, to me it is embarrassing and in MY OPINION does not look good to future recruits.

Yes the weather sucked! What's the excuse all the other times?

Rant on!

Besides the 1000 or so of us that live on this site, 95% of the people in the stands aren't interested in, don't know of or give a shite about recruiting. I'm willing to bet most people don't know 90% of the names of the guys on the field right now. And that's OK.

So, with them being wet, drunk and cold I am sure that recruits are the furthest thing from their mind when they decide to go home.

Fournette committed to Tulane tonight. Said it was because their crowd can't get smaller in the 4th quarter.

Looks like OUR team played the WHOLE game!
Good to be able to count on them!
I'm sure they would have loved to have a Full Tiger Stadium behind them.
This one could've got interesting!
