I agree with canyon, hum the fight song or play pregame and other LSU songs on your phone the whole time. Just tell him you're getting him ready for what he's about to endure.

If LSU wins you may be requested to find other transportation back. If Auburn were to somehow win----you may wish to seek other return transportation.
I would definitely locate closest bus station just in case.
The only law broken here is the law of common sense.
However, I would take such a ride to see an LSU game. Get drunk at the game and sleep the entire return trip.
