Any point dove hunting in the rain?

Bad forecast tomorrow and Saturday. Anyone ever done any good in the rain?

Last year we has a tropical storm or something come through that day. We all still limited out but were wet and ant bites

no! hell no! nope! do not do it! f that noise!

was i clear enough? NO!! we did it 2 yrs aho in tropical storm.. miserable, soaking wet, killed maybe 3 birds, wasted time, had to come home and scrub gun and oil it, was sick next week.. NO

instead get up, cook you some breakfast and coffee, kick back in recliner and enjoy some ball games all day " at least thats my plans for sat"

I remember that TS and the same thing happened to us. Didnt go out there to kill birds just time, but ended up with a few dove.

no point in the rain.
But if you are in the field when the rain stops you will be a happy hunter. Those doves are getting hungry while they are grounded.

some of our best hunts are in the rain. plus the wardens dont like to get wet......no limits no plugs

Our group cancelled our NE Texas dove hunt due to the very dry conditions (not many dove) now it has poured up there.
