I didn't know that. Apparently it started wih tbob and josh d.

Heard it on an interview on the replay. I guess we need to have a meme with them all posted up in the endzone with arms folded after hills second td Saturday.

Side note. These guys are grading out really high.

The LSU O-Line has DOMINATED early on. But, will they continue to do so? I say "yes" and AU coming to town will be a great place to continue the trend! We have NFL-caliber linemen. Now, go out there and show it -- EVERY GAME!

Watched the replay and I couldn't believe they didn't get flagged for that celebration/pose.

They're looking beastly so far, its unreal not one of them is a Senior.

Shameless bump for the photo of the OL posted up.

I saw it on TV during the game and laughed my arse off.

No flag, like a boss!

This immediately reminded me of a quote from the CFN preview of the game:

Washington State doesn’t run the ball, and while Arkansas State does, it doesn’t line up and blast away. LSU is about to line up and blast away.

what's wierd to me is how much dthey improved in pass blocking. it's like CC came in and worked them on nothing but pass blocking until they got it. then they went back to working on run blocking. the line didn't look too sharp on run blocking until the last game. whatever, they seem to be gelling and that is fantastic. i just hope like hell we don't have any injuries. we got 2 yrs worth last year. so who are are #2 guys?

It's more like Stud/Miles having way more time to work with O linemen. Cameron handles a lot of things that were taking their time last year.

It's easy to notice how much potential Turner and Alexander had last year, playing for their first time. Hawkins is so much more improved since he stepped on campus. Porter also looks more than capable. Then we have Collins who has progressed right on track. All in all that's 5 linemen with All-SEC potential. With almost all who could be high draft picks.

A lot of that is on Stud and Miles coaching them to use their natural abilities.

There is no big mystery as to why we've gotten better at pass blocking, there has been a huge upgrade in talent at the two most critical positions, LT and RT.

Pretty wide gap between Josh D., Alexander, Hurst vs Collins and Hawkins. Alexander is much better at pass pro from an inside postion. As a guard you don't have to move as much in pass pro and his size is more of an advantage since you tend to get more bull rushes inside.

Not to mention Mett is doing better pre-snap reads and protection adjustments. I do think CC has had an effect on blitz pick-ups and protection schemes with the RB's.

I do think having CC will be a HUGE advantage when we play Saban and Bama since he is used to scheming against pro style blitz packages.

More like people playing their natural positions this season along with other things mentioned of course.

It's a lot more than that. Plenty of athletic players play their natural position and still flop. It takes coaching. Hawkins barely knew how to be an offensive linemen and that was only a year ago
