Could Broncos realistically go undefeated?

I don't really care what happens as long as they get to the playoffs and win in the playoffs. Denver fans good taste of Peyton's Colts did last year.
Clady's injury is significant, and will likely impact the year. However, I'm trying look at a game on their schedule that they are likely to lose.
Looking at the beginning of the season, I figured, realistically, worst case scenario they are virtually guaranteed 7 games, as close to "guaranteed" as the NFL can be. I know it's the NFL. If they don't show up vs. the Jags they could easily lose.
Oakland x 2
San Diego x 2
Kansas City
Jacksonville
Tennessee
Now, push that to 10 games (Baltimore, New York) and the Eagles in 2 weeks.
The NFC East and AFC South are both pretty weak, not to mention the AFC West of course.
Mon, Sep 23 vs. Raiders
Sun, Sep 29 vs. Eagles
Sun, Oct 6 @ Cowboys
Sun, Oct 13 vs. Jaguars
Sun, Oct 20 @ Colts
Sun, Oct 27 vs. Redskins
Sun, Nov 10 @ Chargers
Sun, Nov 17 vs. Chiefs
Sun, Nov 24 @ Patriots
Sun, Dec 1 @ Chiefs
Sun, Dec 8 vs. Titans
Thu, Dec 12 vs. Chargers
Sun, Dec 22 @ Texans
Sun, Dec 29 @ Raiders
The games in bold are the only ones it seems imaginable they could lose. Even so, the Colts, Pats, Cowboys look like crap.
@KC, @ Houston, and @ New England late are the ones with the greatest probability.
Am I blinded with Orange and Blue glasses? I'm fine with them losing about 5 or 6 games however if they can get home field...not that it mattered last year.

They are the team with the best chance in the league. But its the NFL.

You're living in the past, man.

They are 2-0 so yes they still "could". Doubt it though

No. They'll lose at least 2.
At this point I feel like Seattle has just as good of a chance.... If they don't suffer any PED suspensions.

They could yes when they start clicking in a game it's a sight to behold
But they'll trip up somewhere, maybe twice or three times max without any more significant injuries

They're right up there. @Atlanta and @NYG late in the season is tougher than anything Denver has IMO.

We might be able to lose Ryan Clady to a season ending surgery.

Seattle won't run the table on the road.

If Seattle gets home field advantage, the NFC might be done.

quote:This New England Patriots team is not very good. They have narrowly escaped games against the Buffalo Bills and New York Jets in the first two weeks, for crying out loud. Their only hope at a serious playoff run is Rob Gronk becoming a combination of Randy Moss, Barry Sanders, Calvin Johnson, and Adrian Peterson all in one (I'm not even sure what I mean by that).

The Denver Post reports Broncos LT Ryan Clady (foot) may need season-ending surgery.
Clady left Sunday's game against the Giants late in the fourth quarter with what has been diagnosed as a Lisfranc sprain in his left foot. The Broncos are still gathering medical opinions, but season-ending surgery is a real possibility if there's a fracture. Placing Clady on short-term injured reserve is another option. In that scenario, Clady wouldn't be able to return until Week 11. What we do know is that Clady will miss "at least a few weeks." Chris Clark will step in on Peyton Manning's blindside for the foreseeable future. It's a steep downgrade.

If nothing else I see them resting starters in week 16 against Houston rather than trying to go undefeated

Seattle has shown to be shaky on the road. I could see them possibly losing in Houston the end of this month. Houston will have Ed Reed. AJ80 will be back and rested from his concussion. I assume he'll miss the game this week @ Baltimore. Houston has had slow starts these first 2 weeks. One would think those kinks will be worked out by week 4 at home.
Just my 2c. It will be a close game for sure. Schaub will probably have an INT or two.

I think DEN has the best chance but I would never bet money on it.

@ Texans if nothing left to play for and that will be your biggest competition in playoffs
