Another reason to hate Auburn.......

They're the ones (or one) that copied and pasted "________ fans smell like corndogs" from Iowa, Nebraska, and Kansas message boards and started this whole corndog farce.
It reached boiling point for me when we were walking past a Bama tailgate in Tuscaloosa in '09 and a couple of Bama idiots - grown arse men - were literally inside a cage pulling a corndog around on a string and shouting at passing LSU fans to grab it.
I politely pointed out that 'their hated enemy Auburn' started this whole corndog fallacy and that he should be humiliated that he was propagating an 'Auburn' joke. His face suddenly turned ashen like a family member just died

Yeah, because it makes Auburn fans look like idiots, and they don't even realize it. They are taking pleasure out of using a pejorative that doesn't even fit LSU or La. Corndog is a Nebraska thing.

Didn't they literally copy a letter/article about Nebraska and change it to LSU? Seems the original has been posted here before. That's imagination.

I agree. Even if it was an LSU thing it would still be stupid.
The fact that gumps latch onto it is an added bonus.

What I'm not ok with is fans of other schools all over the country making 'corndog' jokes like it's part of our history and heritage and tradition since 1893 or something.
Also when other teams' fans REFER to us as "corndogs". That fricking chaps my scrotum..

I think most LSU are pretty indifferent when referred to as corndogs. Its funny bc Bama/Aub fans yell it at us trying to get a rise out of us which does not actually happen.

True. I just ignore it when those toothless trash alashama things yell it.
But when Washington or Oregon or UNC or Clemson people screeched it, I just gave them a puzzled look as if to say 'when did they release you from the institution?' and just shook my head in sympathy at them.
They didn't know what to do....
