I play in a PPR league with 2 flex and Here is my starting squad before the trade:

RB1 Lynch
RB2 Doug Martin
Wr1 Brandon Marshall
Wr2 Pierre Garcon

Flex2:Decker/Moreno

Only possible upgrade for you is Gronk, which is iffy with his injury. I'd pass. Marshall could be the #1 overall non QB scorer this year.
