Tickets say doors open at 5:00.

Anyone have any idea what time M&S will actually take the stage?

In Atlanta last week the gates opened at 5:30 but the opening act took the stage a little after 7. Mumford went on around 9.

On the MGW website, they say the show starts at 6. That sounds kind of early but you never know. Can't wait.

Two openers, so that's not too far off. I picture Mumford going on between 830-9.

Is there anywhere near there to grab a drink beforehand?

My question is, are ALL chairs not allowed? The website says no lawn or patio chairs. My thinking is your standard bagged folding chair is acceptable? I'm lost...

Last show I went to a Mardi Gras World was Fiya Fest back in May and people had the folding bag chairs. That event was a little bit different though because it was an all day affair. I'd call the venue.

Also, why do you need a chair? How old are you? If you have a disability I'm sure they would accomadate you.

I got a ticket for tonight. I don't know if I'll know even 1 song, but I'm looking forward to the show anyway. Never been to a concert at MGW.

what? are you going with a girl or something? who goes to a concert where they have zero knowledge of the band .. is it because people on your Facebook talk about Mumford like they're a top band in the world or something and you figure they must be right?

Good to hear.

I was also wondering about folding chairs. I don't mind standing, but if everyone brings chair, my wife would probably appreciate having one.

Nah my brother is a big fan so I'm going with him. He is actually the only person I know that listens to them.

Is this being held inside the ballroom or on the outside stage?

I hope they play the song with intermittent dramatic pauses paired with sharp strumming of chords, and vague themes of redemption and salvation, and there's a badass banjo climax while the lead singer wails. That's a good song.
